A: To create an account on HoyaHeart, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, and follow the on-screen instructions to create a profile.

Q: How much does it cost to sign up and use this app?

A: Signing up and using the basic features of HoyaHeart is free of charge. However, to access advanced features such as sending emails, likes, or chat, as well as using filters, you will need to subscribe to our premium membership plan. The monthly subscription fee for the premium plan is $24.99. Please note that the subscription fee is non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Q: How do I use filters to refine my search?

A: To use filters, log in to your HoyaHeart account and navigate to the search page. Select the "investors" category and choose from the available filters associated with investors. Before changing filters, make sure to remove all existing filters and reload the main page. Then, you can select new filters to refine your search.

Q: How to check who's been trying to contact me?

A: To check who's been liking you and sending you messages, visit the "my Thumbs-ups", "my Emails" and "myChat" sections located at the bottom of the screen. These sections will show you the users who have shown interest in your profile and reached out to you.

Q: How do I edit my profile information?

A: To edit your profile information, log in to your HoyaHeart account and navigate to the settings. From there, you can update your personal and professional details as needed.

Q: How do I change photos in my profile?

A: To upload new photos or replace the old ones go to settings, select "Edit Your Photos" and then click on the photo images on the page and select photos from your phone library.

Q: How do I message other users on HoyaHeart?

A: To message other users on HoyaHeart, click on the envelope icon right below the person's image.
